  • Jessica says:

The look on my Grandpa’s face in this photo is one that I know fondly and will continue to cherish. I hope that I can carry your genuine, unassuming spirit with me as I move forward… I can’t find the words to thank you for so many of the life lessons I’m not even sure you knew you taught me. I watch and take in a LOT. 🙂
I’m so grateful I got hugs and kisses from you this past September (it had been way too long) and while I may not see you my next visit home know “your girls” love you forever and let me tell you, Gramps, your love and memories will be carried in my heart until it’s time we meet again.
    xoxo
May your memories bring the rest of our family and your friends peace and comfort.

We only learned yesterday, from one of the Shell men, that Wilbert had passed away. Lorraine and I are very sorry for your loss. If you recall, he was a customer of mine 30 plus years ago, a great guy, and we enjoyed hockey games and dinners with the two of you.

  • Pat says:

I just discovered this announcement of Wilberts passing. I was lucky to get to know him through Doris as we worked together. He was a very nice man who loved Doris very much and he loved golf. It was a pleasure in my life to have him cross my path.
