We Remember

DE BODT, Barry Wayne

Barry was born May 1, 1954 in New Westminster, BC and passed away on April 26, 2017 at the age of 62 at his home as a result of Myeloma. Survived by his wife, Norma; his children: Peggy (Matthew) of Kelowna and James of Kelowna; his father, John of Maple Ridge; and his sister, Elaine (Rob) of Port Coquitlam. He is predeceased by his mother, Anne. Barry was an avid hunter and fisherman, a co-Vice President of the gun club, volunteering many hours there—his home away from home.

Thank you to the staff at the Cancer Clinic and Kelowna General Hospital (4B and dialysis unit).

Service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Kelowna and District Fish and Game Club, 4041 Casorso Road, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Myeloma Canada. www.canadahelps.org/dn/10275.
