Condolences

  • Shirley & Armand Rochon says:

    To Ita’s family:
In the early 90’s, Ita and I shared experience on St. Pius X Council. There were celebrations within the Parish, and ongoing meetings wherein she gave joy and comfort to all. Small stature, but big of heart/and a leader! Indeed a special lady…not to be forgotten. My deepest condolences to the family in their time of loss.

  • Nikki Shann (Haffen) says:

    Dear Chris and Family,

I am so sorry on the loss of your Mom. She was always so gracious and lovely, I enjoyed visiting with her at different church functions at ICC and hearing how well you were doing!

    With deepest sympathies
    Nikki

  • Beth Hunter says:

My heart felt sympathy to Christopher and Eileen and their family members I still remember the day I met your mom in Yellowknife I was only 18 fresh out of school she took me under her wing while we worked together at the RCMP. That was 39 years ago. Her stories of coming to Canada such a independent strong woman. She was a wizard with numbers which I still can’t figure out how she could find my mistakes. I will miss knowing she is no longer a cup of tea away.

  • Judy and Andy Meinzinger says:

    Eileen and Chris,
So sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. I have many memories of you and both of your parents growing up on Sunnyside Rd. My mom wanted me to make sure to tell you that she is thinking of you. Condolences from our family to yours. Love, Judy

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. ~Helen Keller

Ita was a wonderful person. I will always remember her quiet strength.

    Wishing you peace…

  • Norman and Dolores Grant says:

With fond memories we offer our condolences.

  • Paulette Stoltz says:

God bless you Ita as you continue your journey into paradise. Say hello to Fr. Jim for me. You were filled with such courage that day when you announced to the parish of St. Pius that Fr. Jim had terminal cancer. I know he was proud of you and now you are together. You were a lady of courage and strength – I am blessed to have known you. Love to you always and prayers for your family who I’m sure will miss you more than any of us know.
