FAIRS, Milton Percy

January 1, 1970 — January 1, 1970

Our loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed into God’s care on October 30, 2015 at Lakeview Lodge in West Kelowna. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Rose, in 2006. He had recently celebrated his 93rd birthday. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he was an only child. He married the love of his life, Rose, in 1945 and moved to Vancouver to make their lives together. They had three children, Cheryl Prinsenberg (Henk), Clive (Joan), Mark (Cindy), seven grandchildren, Leanne (Chris), Kimberly (Brett), Devon, Kory, Adam, Brendan and Shayla and three great grandchildren, Cali, Alyssa and Caleb.

He was always active in Anglican Church life, Masonic Grandview 96 Lodge and Board member of the Burnaby Art Gallery. Most of his working career was in sales with Johnson and Johnson. After retirement Mel and Rose moved to Langley and later to Kelowna. In his retirement years he was able to indulge his passion of travelling and exploring historical sites.
