Condolences

  • Roger Emsley says:

My sincerest condolences to the Lees Family. I have known Bob for many years and he was a real and committed leader and Christian at Benediction Lutheran Church in Tsawwassen. I learned many things from Bob and was always impressed by his sense of commitment.
Over the years we shared many stories together and I am deeply saddened by his passing.
Regrettably I will not be able to attend the service as I will be out of the country.
    Fondest regards
    Roger Emsley
    Benediction Lutheran Church.

  • Liz Macdonald says:

I was so sorry to hear of the death of Bob, whom I knew for quite a short time when he and Myrtle attended All Saints Anglican church, Ladner on Wednesday mornings. Bob was also passionate about local causes and joined our local group concerning the expansion of Port Metro facilities in Delta.
Bob was thoughtful, humorous, knowledgeable and outgoing, and contributed much to meetings and social gatherings. We missed both he and Myrtle when they moved to the Okanagan, and with Myrtle’s death, Bob was deeply saddened. His presence will be greatly missed, and I offer sincere sympathy to his family and friends, and will be thinking of you on May 6th as you celebrate a lovely man’s rich and rewarding life. Blessings, Liz Macdonald

  • Allan & Helena McDowell says:

It was truly a great pleasure working with Bob in real estate for so many years. My wife and I came to know Bob and his wife Myrtle after us moving to Tsawwassen from Toronto some 40 years ago. Myrtle was the realtor who introduced us to wonderful beautiful South Delta. Bob then was working for General Motors before retiring and starting his second career in real estate. He was a remarkable person, and a good thoughtful man.

  • Nicky & Cliff says:

So very sorry to hear of Bob’s death. We knew him through our church & also through a grassroots environmental group. Bob was a thoughtful, compassionate man with a strong sense of duty. He will be missed.

  • Della Carrol says:

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Bob a great person and friend of our family in Tsawwassen. We enjoyed living side by side for many, many years in the wonderful home he built. We loved having watched his family grow and move on, and then our own. His love of them never wavered and he truly adored them all. We miss our spontaneous, although never short winded garden talks and sharing of his expertise. He was truly a gentleman and wonderful human being. He is with the angels now watching over us all. Bless you and your family. Hugs always, Della Rae and Natalie
