We Remember
LITZEN, Ronald James
—
Today we say good-bye to a very special man, Ronald James Litzen. Survived by the love of his life and best friend Lola, his children: Saima (Rick), Leslie (Jim), Theresa, Troy (Tammy), Jim (Jen), grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Predeceased by his daughter Karleen.
Ron was an all-star athlete at every sport he participated in, a fantastic cook, avid wine maker and is fondly remembered for his smart sense of humour. He showed great strength over the last few years, and we shared stories, laughter and memories with him that we will keep forever. We love you.
Ron’s health necessitated many blood transfusions in the past 2 years. In lieu of flowers, please take the time to donate blood or make a financial contribution to Canadian Blood Services, www.blood.ca.
A memorial celebration of Ronald’s life will be held at the Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club on Monday, June 29th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Share Your Condolences.”
