We Remember

MOLEN, Elaine Betty (nee Denluck)

August 2, 1942 — July 21, 2016

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elaine Molen on July 21 in Kelowna, BC. Elaine will be deeply missed by Rod, her loving husband of 53 years; her children Debra, Darren (Fiona) and Michael (Aimee); her grandchildren Jill, Jade, Kyra, James and Joshua; her brother Ben (Terry), sisters Shirley (Gerry) and Jean (Jim), as well as her many nieces and nephews.

 

Elaine will always be remembered for her cheery smile, infectious laughter, sense of humor and her devotion to her family. We would like to thank Dr. Michael Purdon and all the staff at the Central Okanagan Hospice House for their outstanding and compassionate care with Elaine these past few weeks.

 

A private family service will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central Okanagan Hospice House, 2035 Ethel Street, Kelowna, BC V1Y 2Z5.
