Lavigne, Edward (2010-07-13)LAVIGNE, Edward Born in North Battleford, SK on February 28, 1930 and passed away July 13, 2010 at the age of 80. He is survived by his loving wife Jeanne; four children: Rene (Sheila) Lavigne, Theresa (Darcy) Smith, Denis (Sandie) Lavigne, Suzanne (Mike) Tooley; six grandchildren; three great granddaughters and one brother Raymond (Marg) Lavigne. Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Rose Lavigne and one sister Irene Stecyk. After many years in construction, Ed retired at the age of 60 years. We would like to thank all the great staff at Brandt’s Creek Mews for taking such great care of our Dad. Prayers will be recited on Thursday, July 15th at 7:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 16th at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 839 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC.
