  • Deidre Patommel says:

Ervin, Ben & Braden, We are SO very sorry to hear of Robyn’s passing. She was such a loving dedicated mom and that same care so often extended to Karson and i’m sure many other of your friends. It was an honour to have shared many “mom” moments as you boys grew up. From when you guys were more concerned about 1/2 time snack than the actual soccer game, through many sleep overs and biking adventures. Together we watched your antics with pride, suppressed fears of you getting hurt and Robyn’s worry that Karson was maybe still hungry, and shared the youthful joy our boys were so lucky to experience together. May all of the memories of a very special woman bring you peace and comfort and even make you smile. Love and hugs to you all, Deidre, Ron, Karson and Evan.

Jo-Ann and I are so saddened by the passing of our beautiful friend Robyn.

I was lucky to have originally meet Robyn way back in 1981-82 when I was a new hire at Burns Lake, with BC TEL and Robyn was hired to replace Judy Shand who left for Vancouver.

We went on a few trips to Mexico, seen Robyn in Las Vegas and recently spent some time with Robyn when I was visting Kelowna last August

Just a pure wonderful person and we will miss our angel forever.

  • Shirlee & Ross McCorkle says:

Dear Erv, Ben & Braden, please accept our deepest sympathy at this very sad time… so very sorry to hear about Robyn’s passing.
We enjoyed her sense of humor and after she told Ross of her childhood nickname, Robin Redbreast, he teased her all the time.
One day in the Save-On Store he called out the name to a lady down the aisle only to discover it wasn’t Robyn. She will be greatly missed by all.
