I’m so sad to read this notice. Sophie was such a sweet lady and an amazing cook. She was always very kind and welcoming to me all those years ago. Sending my condolences, thoughts and prayers to Zane and the rest of her family.

I am sorry to see the notice of your Moms passing Zane. And I also see I missed your Dads as well. My condolences go out to you and your family.. I have so many fond memories of our childhood, and of course the infamous meeting in Preeceville, in which my Aunti Sophie lived as well..so hard to lose our parents..Take care . Denita.
We are saddened by her passing. Auntie Sophie always had a smile on her face, she was kind and gentle and we loved our visits.
We are so saddened by auntie Sophie’s passing. We always enjoyed our visits, she a gracious hostess, welcomed us wholeheartedly. We will remember her as a kind, generous and loving auntie.
Auntie Sophie always had nice things to say and that wonderful smile when we visited with her. She has joined Uncle John and Dad in heaven where they are probably kibitzing together now. Hugs, Rosann Semchuk
