Condolences

  • Scott Brattly (nephew) says:

Wow – today is a very sad day when it means that we lose someone who was as special as my Uncle Ray. Truly a nicer and potentially more fun soul one could never hope meet. As a kid, he was simply one of the most fun adults to be around, and that feeling for me never changed as I became an adult. Quick with a joke, warm with his smile and wise with his counsel, I know I am a much better person for having known him. My own family sends our deepest sympathies to his lovely wife Linda, my cousins Sheri and Anita, and the rest of my Uncle’s family and extended family. Sincerely, Scott, Juanita, Olivia and Sophia Brattly

We loved visiting over many coffees with Ray when he came to Camrose or when we went to Kelowna. Oh, was he ever talented (computers, woodworking, photography, etc.). He was a great partner for you, Linda, and it will be hard without him. But we know he would want you to make the best of life, just as he did, to the very end. With care and love D&D
