COVID-19 Information

Springfield Funeral Home remains committed to supporting families and their loved ones.  As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to support families, our people and our communities public health and safety through these uncertain times.

Springfield Funeral Home remains open and available to meet with families.  When requested, we have options available for families that wish to meet by video conferencing, conference calls or by email.  Our Funeral Directors are committed and available for families.  Out of an abundance of caution amidst the current COVID-19 Pandemic, if you have travelled internationally within the last 14 days, are feeling unwell or have a compromised immune system, for your safety and the safety of our team, we ask that you please not attend, in person to the arrangements.

Updates and protocols appear to be changing daily and we want to ensure we comply to the direction of the authorities.  Rest assured we have taken steps required to comply with ensuring enhanced disinfecting of all spaces within our facility.  Livestreaming of services will be provided at no charge so that a small group choosing to honor a loved one can meet while most guests watch the service remotely.

We will share updates as required.   Please feel free to connect with us by phone 250-860-7077 or email if you have questions.
