I work at Anthony’s Subaru in Kelowna. I have had the pleasure of knowing Laura for the last 20 years, in fact I feel as if I know all of you through her stories. Whenever it was time to have her vehicle serviced she would sit with me in my office and we would have the best conversations. My heart is broken that I will not have our chats to look forward to but I have been privileged to have known her. Dillon, she was so proud of you and she loved all of you very deeply. My deepest and sincerest sympathies to you all.
Laura you were a rock an inspiration and a good friend . I cherish all the time we got to spend together and Sunday breakfast. You will be greatly missed and thought of often.

Family of Laura; Our deepest condolences to her family. We all went to Birch Hill School together andyes probably many stories can be told. Sure would appreciate to be notified as to the date of memorial services.
My heart goes out to the family and all that were very close to Laura. As her hairdresser I had the honour of her company twice a week for the past 7 years. She was an inspiration to all of us in the salon. And she made a point of always keeping herself looking good. I loved her stories and her passion and love for her family and friends. I will miss her hugs, lovely smile and positive energy! Sincere regards Carol and Tuscani Hair design team.
We met Laura in 1996 as a faithful customer in our Ladies Wear Store – Bobbie’s Passport to Fashion. Laura had great taste and always looked beautiful in her selection. She loved clothes! Then in 2004 we bought her beautiful home on Manuel Rd, build by her Son. Her daughter had designed a glass brick wall in the solarium. It was a show piece. Every closet in the 4 bedrooms was filled with beautiful clothing – She always spoke of her family, and recently was so proud of her Grandson Dillon in Cawston. Our sincere condolences to her family and friends. She really was a beautiful lady inside & out.
Laura ,(Kuba’s Mom) was always a most welcoming, and caring individual. She was involved in my life a great deal throughout my youth, and early adulthood . Once she relocated from Vegreville, we were less in touch with one another. Laura, may u once again reunite with your heavenly family! Darcy Sokolosky
