We Remember

KRUMBHOLS, Norman
—
It is with sadness that I inform you that my husband, Norman Krumbhols, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, after several months at Kelowna General Hospital and then a week at the Central Okanagan Hospice House. He passed away peacefully while our son, Daryl, and I sat at his bedside and played music for him.
He is survived by his wife, Elfrieda; three sons, Paul (Jodi), Daryl (Suzanne), and David (Trina); son-in-law Larry Goertzen; nine grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
He loved his family deeply and will be greatly missed.
Norm is pre-deceased by our daughter, Patricia Joy, who I’m sure, greeted him with great “Joy” and amazing hugs as he entered heaven.
With thanks to the many who prayed for us these past months.
Blessings, Elfrieda.
If you wish to send a condolence, post photos, or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Condolences”.
Dear Elfrieda and ALL the family – That reunion with Patricia surely must have been a grand one – very bouncy & full of hugs :)!! How wonderful it is to look forward to these joyful reunions – what is promised to us who trust in Jesus is truly incredible, isn’t it?… and yet, until we see our precious ones again, we sure miss them so very much.
During this time of grief, may each of you feel the Lord’s great love, comfort and peace most tangibly. May you be able to share fun & special memories. – memories that bring comfort and give you some great laughs together too.
Sincerely, Dana (and Doug)
Elfrieda and all your family; I know Norms health struggles had lingered. For that how gracious God is to take him home. I know you must be missing him so. My prayers have been with you. May the assurance of God’s love and comfort be with you in all those moments when you need to be reassured. Love to you, Colleen
