Heart-felt sympathy to Paz and family. Peter was one of the kindest and gentlest of men I have had the pleasure of knowing, an outstanding physician, and so passionate of all his other interests. He will be truly missed.

  • Henry and Marjorie Docherty says:

We were very sorry to hear of Peter’s passing. We were both proud to have known him as a colleague over several years. Our thoughts are with you all at this time.

  • Ted Corbett says:

Peter was a personal friend of my neighbor Art Day who died two years ago. He had been over to our farm numerous times with Art. Shortly before Art died, I phoned Peter and asked him to pay a personal visit to our mutual friend Art as I had visited Art that day and recognized that he was harboring a serious infection in his leg and would not on his own go to see a physician. Peter graciously followed my suggestion, visited Art in his home, ‘squealed’ on me that I had informed him of the bad leg, and in his own vehicle took Art to the hospital and admitted him. Two days later his right leg was amputated and Peter saved his life. Sadly Art survived only another few weeks and then died of a heart attack. I’ll never forget how Peter went out of his way to attend Art. A true physician with compassion and a caring spirit for those he so graciously served. I am personally saddened to here of Peter’s passing and I’ll pray that God will bring healing and comfort to those who knew and loved him so dearly.

  • Sheila Fergusson says:

Dear Paz, Michael, Echo, Peter and families
We were saddened to hear of Peter’s death. Please accept our sincerest condolences.
Peter was our family’s GP for many years after we arrived in Kelowna from Texas back in 1972. He quickly became one of my Mom & Dad’s very dear friends and shared Dad’s passion of hunting. They shared several hunts together over the years.
    Cherish the memories,
    Tim & Dot Goode
