HUBER, Arthur

Arthur was called home suddenly and unexpectedly on February 22, 2019 at the age of 88 years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Rita, 4 sons: Harold (Judy), Ron, Marv (Lisa), Dave (Nicole), 7 grandchildren: Jordan, Chad, Austen, Dakoda, Taylor, Skylar and Cole and one sister Martha (Art) Rode.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Green Bay Bible Camp, www.greenbay.bc.ca/donations/.

    Sorry to hear about Art passing. Spending time at the home in my young single life With the boys and lots of time with Marv. I got to know Art as he would help in any way he could. When I moved into my first place he was there to make sure I knew how to look after a new home. God Bless you as you go from this time of morning. As I know from experience you will never forget.

    Liebe Rita und Söhne mit Familien – wir machen das in Deutsch, weil das unsere Herkunft und auch die Sprache war, in der wir mit Art und Dir kommuniziert haben. Uns hat Arthur’s plötzlicher Tod, den keiner hat das so schnell erwartet hat, doch empfindlich berührt. Trotz dem plötzlichen Heimgang kann man doch sagen: “Selig sind die Toten, die in dem Herrn sterben, von nun an -” (Offb. 14:13). Wir haben Arthur’s feine sanfte Art sehr geschätzt, und werden ihn nicht vergessen. Wir denken an Dich/Euch und beten für Dich in Deinem Kummer und auch bez. Deines persönlichen Ergehens,
