Dear Sandy, Ian, and Chelsi, we offer you our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Pete. He was, purely and simply, a great guy. He was such a cute kid and he grew up to be a wonderful man. I remember Doug Middleton always called him “Pistol Pete”! I always thought that was because he was such a livewire. He will be missed by all who knew him. Love, Maureen & Tim Rieger

So many great memories working with Pete at Hudson Bay Wholesale in the “80’s…truly one of the most enjoyable people that I have had the pleasure to work alongside…we had so many laughs together. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I will see you at Peter’s celebration of life.

So sorry to hear of Pete’s passing! Our families have been connected one way or another with the Middletons for the last couple decades so this turn of events is very saddening. Lots of love and good thoughts to everyone in the Middleton family!

Again, we express our condolences on the passing of Peter….which our youngest son also fondly called “Mr. Pete”. We are so sorry for your loss. Peter was so very kind, a great neighbour, always friendly, always helpful and always more than happy to chat about “boats”. We will miss him. We know you are a close-knit family and will find strength in each other and in your memories. Our thoughts go out to all of you. Best Regards, Ken, Susan, Lucas & Karson Andrew

First of all I want to say how very sorry and shocked I was to hear of Peter’s passing at such an early age, and to express my sincere condolences .Secondly I must apologize for the lateness of this message. I learned only today of the sad news.
I live in Saskatoon and was one of Pete’s colleagues on the SC Johnson Western sales force. He was, as we say in the business, one of the good guys. I enjoyed working with him, and especially getting together at sales meetings, visiting and “comparing notes”.
My thoughts are with you.
