  • Neil and Wanda Mehrer says:

Kim & family, I’m so sorry to hear of Lynn’s passing. We grew up together, birthday parties, ponies, pedal bikes, & school. As we grew up, we had common friends and activities, often playing pool at his house. I remember his first car was a faded (to pink) Volkswagen. Then, as school ended, he moved to Saskatoon eventually going into business there. We saw each other occasionally when he came home and the odd time in Saskatoon. Lynn was always Lynn, a good friend, not one who could be bought or sold. One who will be always remembered by me. I am deeply touched by his passing and our thoughts and prayers will be with you and the family. Neil and Wanda

  • Paul Snook says:

  • Laura Coleman says:

I am so sorry that you have lost your dad so young. My earliest memory of him was when I was a very small child and he came out to the farm for a visit. I was coloring and I asked if he wanted to color too. He was so sweet. He crouched down and colored a purple tutu on a dancer before he made an excuse to leave me. Sorry we can’t make it to the memorial.

  • Bev Dixon says:

  • Monica says:

Yes, Lynn died too soon. Death like an enemy chases after us and how sad it is when our loved ones are overtaken. Take courage, God is in control, he has the victory over death (Isaiah 26:19). Our loved ones who are powerless in death, he promises that he will bring back to life. The patriarch Job pondered over life and asked “if an able-bodied man dies can he live again?”. The reassuring answer is ‘yes’. (Job 14:13-15). When God calls the dead will answer. May you be comforted by God’s guaranteed promises and by the memories of Lynn that you will always cherish.
