Dear Donna and family,
We are very saddened to hear this news. We have such fond memories of Chris as a youngster when you still lived in Edmonton. He was such a cheerful young man. We grieve with you. Prayers and hugs to you Donna, Don, Michael and Daniel as you navigate this new normal without your dear son and brother.
In sorrow, Elaine and Lorna-May Goeres
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this unimaginable heartbreak. Trusting that, as time passes, you will draw strength from all the memories you shared as a family and as your special bond with your firstborn child.

Our sincere condolences to your family on the loss of your son and brother. We spent many wonderful times together with Chris when he came to our farm in the summer. We shared lots of stories and laughter while visiting, playing card games or going to the lake. He will be in our hearts forever.
Sincerest condolences to the family in this difficult time. My memories of Christopher from years past in Edmonton are of how uniquely affable he was, how easily he smiled, and how he always displayed a genuine interest in the lives of those around him. He will not be forgotten. Much peace and love to the Grenke family.
Sending prayers to the whole family. I hope you find comfort in each other during this painful time.
Thinking of you and sending love

Sincerest condolences to the family in this difficult time. We have fond memories of Christopher, that smile would light up any room he entered. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I remember Chris for his gentle ways and that spark in his eyes that would light up any conversation. He made everyone feel welcomed as part of his family, with just the warmth of his smile and sincerity. My deepest sympathy for the loss of an old soul, and yet so young. I send my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time to all his family – may you find peace in fond memories.
Our hearts are with the whole family as you grieve the loss of your son and brother. Our memories of Chris are many. He was an important friend of both Matthew and Adam during their school years and throughout the decades. Chris was very humorous, interested in others and never hesitant to express his opinion. In short, he was a good person who we enjoyed knowing. These memories will stay with us and we’ll think of him often.
Dear Donna, Michael, Daniel and families,
I am so saddened to hear of Chris’s passing. I still recall holding him in my arms, cradling him, as I rocked him to sleep while babysitting.
My deepest condolences to you and your families.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of Chris, and I’ll always remember his kind and gentle spirit. My heart goes out to you all during this incredibly difficult time—I’m thinking of you and sending love and strength.
