Elisabeth was born and raised in southern Ontario, sharing a middle child position with her sister in a family of six children. After graduating high school, she moved to Calgary, Alberta to pursue post-secondary education in counselling. She graduated with a BA degree in human services. She is married to Jordan, and they have three beautiful school aged children together. They lived four years in England before moving back to Canada and settling in BC. She is also a potter, Greenery manager and elementary noon hour supervisor. When she finds extra time, she enjoys gardening and time on the water with her SUP board.
