John was born in Edmonton, AB and after moving around in Canada and the US, he settled in Kelowna in 1991. John is married Sandra and they have 3 grown children and a dear grandson, Rowan, who joined the family in April 2019. John and Sandra are also “parents” to Phoebe their Goldendoodle. In his free time John is a WW2 history buff, loves cars and hiking the hills of the Glenmore Highlands behind their home. John works behind the scenes here with video tributes, livestreaming and producing the technical part of our services. He makes everything sound and look great at Springfield Funeral Home.
