We Remember

BUDD, Dillon Thomas
August 2, 2001 — April 10, 2015
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our son, our brother, our friend. His loss will be forever felt by his father Thomas Budd, mother Annette Toro-Huber, step father Harold Huber, brother Payton Budd, step siblings: Wyatt, Laura and Jessica Huber; grandfather Alan Budd; Aunt Cheryl (Wayne) Gellhaus; Uncle George (Carol) Budd and extended family and friends. Dillon was a beautiful, witty, intelligent and talented boy with wisdom beyond his years. He had many passions and interests: he loved reading, basketball, wake boarding and vacationing with family and friends. We will miss him forever and will continue to keep him in our hearts. A private service was held Friday, April 17, 2015. If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Share Your Condolences.”

My tears are like the quiet drift
Of petals from some magic rose;
And all my grief flows from the rift
Of unremembered skies and snows.
I think, that if I touched the earth,
It would crumble;
It is so sad and haunting,
So tremulously like a dream.
Annette, Tom, Payton & All who Love Dillon, I have no words.
Only prayers for Peace & Comfort for all of you. Rest in Peace sweet Dillon.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I just learned of this and I am so saddened by this news. Even though it’s been 10 years since I was their nanny I still have wonderful memories of the boys and their adorable, fun & energetic personalities. Dillon was always such a charming, kind & sweet kid and his creative spirit and ability to pick up and learn things so quickly was amazing.
My heart goes out to you Annette, Payton and Tom, sending thoughts, prayers and my deepest condolences to you and your family.
