We Remember

PEARLE, Jordan Christopher

May 23, 1994 — April 22, 2025

With deep sorrow and enduring love, we announce the passing of Jordan Christopher Pearle, who found eternal rest in Kelowna, BC, on April 22, 2025, at the age of 30.

Jordan was a complex, brilliant, and kind-hearted person. He expressed himself through writing –  journaling, poetry, and late-night reflections scribbled in notebooks. His words were raw, vivid, and honest. He also found a passion for skydiving in his early 20s, which he greatly looked forward to being able to enjoy again one day.

Jordan faced challenges and battles that he fought with more courage than most ever knew. Though the weight he carried was great, his empathy, wit, and generosity never left him. He gave what he had, shared what he knew, and offered compassion to those who needed it most.

He was a beloved brother, son, and friend. He made people laugh when they didn’t think they could, and he asked big questions about life, meaning, and connection. He saw the world differently  –  sometimes painfully so – but that difference made him unforgettable.

Jordan is survived by his father, Andrew; mother Lilian (Richie); grandparents Zlata and Joe; sister Cayley; brother Ashton; half-siblings; aunts, uncles, cousins; and many others who loved him unconditionally. His absence is immense, but so too is the impact he leaves behind.

A Celebration of Life will be announced and held later this year. Donations in Jordan’s memory can be made to organizations supporting mental health, addiction recovery, or housing justice.

We remember Jordan not for the hardships he endured, but for the spirit he brought to the world: bold, creative, loving, and utterly one of a kind.
