When people ask us, “How is it that I can save money?” Well, a lot of it would come down to, what is important in the funeral or what isn’t.

You don’t need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on, on a casket. Um, any type of casket will, will suffice. So that would be one way of, of cutting back on expenses. There are many ways. You don’t necessarily need to have a full blown reception.

There is actually quite a bit that you can do to reduce the cost of your funeral. The biggest one being to prearrange it and prepay it. You know, people that are in their 40’s and 50’s and 60’s, that are healthy, if they prearrange a funeral, meaning you pick out exactly what you are wanting for a funeral and you pay at today’s, or that days prices, you don’t have to worry about those items again when you pass away.

And if there’s things that just, you know, require for budget constraints, the purchase of less, less expensive merchandise, less expensive casket, then I respect that. Um, I think it would be wrong to impose hardship – financial hardship – because someone has died.
