We Remember

White, Ross

With the passing of Ross White, we lost a great father, partner, and friend. We loved him deeply and tell you of his passing with much sadness. Ross left us February 8 when he was 81 years old. He had a good life; for those who knew him, it simply ended too soon. We miss his laughter, his stories, and his generous spirit. And we miss his love for all of us. Ross is survived by his children, Joan and Brent; partner, Nessie; Nessie’s son, Kelly; grandchildren, Lisa and Matthew, and six great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Lorraine, brother, Roy, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 13, at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, support for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

    Brent, Joan, Nessie and family
We regret being unable to attend the funeral service however wish to express our sympathy on the loss of a father and partner. We had the good fortune to be able to work with Ross many years ago as well as to socialize and considered him to be a special friend. He was also one of the reasons we made a point these past several years of attending the ATB reunions in Red Deer. Ross was a good person and a friend to many. He will be missed.
