My deepest condolences to the family. I was born and raised in Albania, and knew Ina during her missionary work in my country – I was her Albanian language teacher during her time in Albania. I consider myself blessed to have known Ina. I will miss talking to her on the phone, receiving her beautiful cards, and I will miss dreaming that I will someday manage to fly to Canada and see her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Blessings, Elsa Harris
I just found out a minute ago that Ina is no longer with us. I worked with her at the Gov’t agent’s office in Quesnel many years ago, and was reunited with her on a trip to Israel a few years ago. We talked by phone many times and I knew she was ill, but that was the last I heard. Just tried to call her and found her number was no longer in service. As I feared, she is no longer with us, which makes me very sad. My heartfelt condolences to all her family and other friends. I will really treasure the photos I took of her on that trip, and the memories of a lot of time spent together on that trip of a lifetime. I am so glad I got to see her again after all those years! She is now safe in the arms of Jesus, and I know I will see her again.
Just found out that Ina has passed. She phoned me in the summer to say goodbye to me, but couldn’t or didn’t want to let me know how to get in touch with her. I didn’t know Jennifer’s married name even though I knew she was in Orillia. Ina and I had such fun on our bike tour in Victoria. We met in high school and were good friends always. May she rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to all her family.
