WOODING, Raymond Charles died on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the age of 84. He is survived by his loving family, four sons: Gary, Davie, Donny and Richie; four grandchildren: Nikki, Christy, Kerry Ann and Jana; four great grandchildren; brother Gordie and his wife Daphne and one sister Sharon Simpson and her husband John. Predeceased by his wife Irene, son Larry, sister Lorraine and brother Bobby. Ray retired to Kelowna from Vancouver in 1989. He loved sports, was a great soccer player, loved to golf, could play every position, and was lightning around the bases, well into his later years. The family would like to thank his slow pitch community for all the help and support through these times. I have great memories of visiting Ray & Irene with my best friend Sharon (Ray’s sister) and laughing so hard at Ray and his antics. He will be missed….
