We Remember
ALLARD, Victor
May 24, 1939 — December 27, 2022
In loving memory of Victor J. Allard, who passed away on December 27, 2022, in Kelowna, BC. Victor is survived by his daughters, Deborah Sterling and Kathryn Allard; his son, David Allard; his two loving grandchildren, Craig Allard and Jordan Allard; along with his great-grandchildren, Evan Allard and Ian Allard. He is also survived by his sister Bonnie Ann Kowbuz; Madeline St. Cry, the mother of his children; his nieces and nephews; and his best friends, Bob and Yvette Mawson, who meant so much to him.
Victor was a talented Craftsman, who accomplished building his own home in the city of North Bay, Ontario, where he was born and raised. By trade, he was a sheet Metal worker and a proud member of the local union 504.
Victor loved baseball and Crosswords in his spare time, but most of all he loved gathering for coffee (at the country store in Holiday Park Resort) and making the people around him laugh, he had an incredible wit! A musician and published songwriter, Victor had a lifelong passion for playing the guitar. The songs he wrote were his proudest accomplishment, and they will live on with all who knew and loved Victor.
Victor, thank you for the beautiful gift of your music. Your legacy will be treasured. We love and miss you Paw!!
A special thank-you to his daughter, Deborah, who showed us all what it truly means to be a loving daughter. Your strength is our blessing.
A Private family service will take place to honour Victor.
