We Remember
ANDERSON, Sandra “Sandie”
December 23, 1965 — August 6, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Sandie Anderson, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 58.
Left to hold her dear to their hearts are her loving daughters, Chelsy Anderson, Chaylene Anderson, Aimei Anderson, and Desiree Anderson; and beloved grandchildren, Trinity Priebe, Elijah Haubrick, and Levrette Anderson; as well as many friends whose lives she brightened. Sandie now goes to join those who passed before her, including her parents, Claire and Donna Anderson; brother, Tim Anderson; and beloved son, Bailey Anderson.
Sandie was a woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Growing up with horses, she developed a deep love for animals and the outdoors. Whether hiking through any terrain, swimming in any lake or river or simply looking up at the sky, Sandie loved being in nature. She was a free spirit. Sandie enjoyed the feel of grass under her feet.
Her family, especially her grandchildren, meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them, whether on picnics or sharing a laugh with her great sense of humour. Sandie was also devoted to her faith, finding comfort in reading her Bible and doing devotions. She had a special love for Christmas, filling her home with handmade decorations that brought warmth and joy to those around her.
Sandie’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her and will never be forgotten.
Family will honour Sandie’s wonderful life in private, a celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.

Met Sandie through Shona Stewart.. Sandie participated in a Alpha Course that I was in. Sandie joined us on a weekend retreat. Her love of nature and her kindness was evident. She had a beautiful soul and was also very beautiful inside and out.
I am so happy to have met Sandie on her Earth journey and she always expressed how much she loved her children and grandchildren.
