ATTWOOD, Tyson Bradley UPDATED SERVICE INFORMATION
September 6, 1995 — September 15, 2025
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, at Metro Hub Kelowna, 1265 Ellis St, Kelowna, BC.
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Tyson Bradley Attwood on September 15, 2025, in Chilliwack, British Columbia, at the age of 30.
Born in Kelowna, British Columbia, on September 6, 1995, Tyson was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. He was kind, sensitive, fiercely loyal, and always willing to help others. His intelligence, sharp wit, and infectious sense of humour brought laughter into every room. Tyson had a natural ability to make friends wherever he went—his warmth and openness drew people in, and his loyalty kept them close.
Tyson’s intelligence was evident from an early age. Always quick to finish his work in class, he would often distract his classmates with his wit and energy, prompting his teachers to send him outside to run laps while others completed their assignments. His abilities were so strong that he was asked to skip from third grade directly to fifth. With characteristic loyalty, Tyson declined the offer—he didn’t want to leave his twin sister or his friends behind.
Tyson loved and was deeply loved by his family: his mom Shawn, his dad Brad, his twin sister Taylor, and his brother Cole. He also shared a special bond with his Grandma Rita and Grandpa Don, and his Uncle Heavy, who each held a treasured place in his heart. Tyson was blessed with an extended family in Chilliwack, including the Teskeys, Adam Warren, Leah, and his close friend Cody, who loved and welcomed him into their hearts. He also had a large and loving family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will carry his memory with them. Tyson was predeceased by his uncles Andy and Tusky, and his Grandma Irene.
Tyson had a deep love for animals, especially his dog Enzo, his loyal companion. One of Tyson’s most memorable acts of kindness was rescuing an injured crow, whom he lovingly named Fred. Tyson brought Fred into his room and carefully nurtured him back to health by feeding him strawberries and sharing Enzo’s kibble. His compassion extended to all living things, and his gentle nature shone through in the way he cared for them.
Tyson enjoyed being outdoors and staying active. He had a passion for football, lacrosse, MMA fighting, boxing, and working out—always pushing himself to be stronger in body and mind. More recently, he found joy in golfing with friends. Tyson was never one to shy away from hard work and took immense pride in his role at TYCROP, where he found both purpose and camaraderie.
Tyson will be remembered for his big heart, sharp mind, and unstoppable spirit. His legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched with his kindness, humour, and unwavering love for those around him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you honour Tyson’s memory by performing an act of kindness for someone else.
Rest in peace, dear Tyson. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.

Brad & Shawn , my heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
Brad, Shawn, Cole and Taylor, I’m just so heartbroken for you all. I have always looked back so fondly at the years I spent working with you Brad, and getting to watch over Cole, Tyson and Taylor. We always had so much fun and good laughs together and I knew as I went to start my own family that they would always be in my heart and I’ve thought of you guys often over the years especially as I went on to have three kids, two boys and a girl! I never got to meet Tyson as an adult but I saw the great foundation of love and family that he had and I just knew he would grow into an amazing young man. My heart goes out to you and I hope the beautiful memories you have of his life will carry you forward. I found a sweet pic in my wedding album of Tyson and Shawn so I attached it for you. Love you guys. 💞 Mar mar

Brad and Shawn, my heart breaks for you both. I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your son, Tyson. Although I never had the privilege to meet him, I can only imagine he carried the best parts of both of you — your warmth, kindness, and spirit.
Brad, I often think back to the days at Hollywood on Top/Earls. You were such a positive and charismatic leader, a true mentor — always lifting people up, making us laugh, and creating an atmosphere where everyone felt valued. You made an impression on me that’s never faded. It sounds like your son had similar traits.
As a parent, I can’t begin to imagine your pain, but I hope you find some comfort in knowing that many people are holding you in their hearts.
My deepest condolences and love to you and your family.
Laurie Bradley
