We Remember
BARCLAY, Linda A (Waege)
—
Aug 18, 1950 – June 21, 2017
Linda passed away peacefully in Kelowna at age 66. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years Dan, son Chad (Cara), grandson Linden, granddaughter Emmerson, and son Braden. Linda is also survived by brother Len (Linda), several nieces and nephews, her puppy Ari and many other family members and friends.
Linda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, always putting others before herself. She loved to do crossword puzzles and read books, was a wonderful cook and homemaker and a stylish dresser with impeccable makeup. She loved sunny Kelowna and the warm winters in Sun Lakes, Arizona.
The family is thankful for the care and comfort given at the Central Okanagan Hospice House and to the Palliative Care nurses and doctors.
A celebration of life will be held at the Kelowna Golf and Country Club Sunday, July 9th 2017 from 2pm to 4pm.

Gerry and I and our families are sending our deepest sympathy. Just to let you know we are thinking of you. Growing up Linda and I spent many summers together either in Edmonton or at our grandmas on the farm. Lots of good memories. Best wishes to you all.
Dear Dan and family, Jim and I are saddened by the news of Linda’s passing.
