We Remember

Berard, Roy Eldon

Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the age of 86. Survived by his loving wife Veti; two adopted children: Gwen and her family and James; and great great granddaughter Julie (Dick) and family; Veti’s children: Les and Ernie and their children; a twin sister Evelyn and extended family. Prayers will be recited on Thursday, September 27th at 7:00 pm and a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 28th at 10:30 am both at St. Pius X, 1077 Fuller Avenue, Kelowna, BC. Interment to follow in the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the BC Heart & Stroke Foundation, #4 – 1551 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 9M9.

    Eldon was one of the first to befriend me as a new member of K of C in 1985. He had a wonderful sense of humour. He was a great friend and Brother Knight. He will be missed. Our sincere condolences to Eldon’s Family and Friends.
