We Remember
BORN, Susan Lynn
May 8, 1960 — January 18, 2024
In Loving Memory of Susan Lynn Born,
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of a remarkable soul, Susan Born, who left this world on January 18, 2024.
Susan was a light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence would light up the darkest rooms. She had this beautiful ability to find happiness in the simplest of moments, and her positive energy was truly magnetic. Her unique perspective allowed others to view the world through a lens of wonder, encouraging those around her to embrace their own creativity, and celebrate the richness of life.
A pillar of strength and compassion, she lived her life selflessly, always putting the needs of others above her own. She was a devoted mother to her two children, Brandon and Brittany Born. Her capacity for love knew no bounds, and she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to the well-being of her family and friends. She had this innate ability to make those around her feel cherished and valued.
Her legacy extends far beyond the family she leaves behind. She touched the lives of countless close friends, creating a network that will endure long after her passing. The outpouring of grief and support from those who knew her is a testament to the impact she had on the community she was a part of.
Susan will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. As we mourn the loss of this extraordinary woman, let us also celebrate the richness of her life and the joy she brought to others. May her memory serve as a source of inspiration, reminding us to embrace life with the same kindness, love, and selflessness that defined her existence.
May Susan rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love that she so generously shared during her time with us.

My condolences to Susan’s family . Sue was a close friend I had the opportunity to spend a lot time with. She had a kind thoughtful heart for others and lovely smile .I will miss her dearly and her conversations always talking highly of her kids Brandon ,Brittney , her brothers and her father .
I will miss you dearly Susan. You were more like a big sister to me growing up rather than a cousin. You could always make me laugh no matter what. I will miss our chats. My condolences to the family.
Sorry to hear about the passing of Susan. She will be a great loss to her family.
Brandon(Michelle) and Brit what can one say to describe the grief we feel of Sue’s passing. Your mom was such a beautiful soul. I will miss her Sunday phone calls where we would exchange recipes like her chicken noodle soup and homemade buns. We all know how your mom loved to decorate- just give her any occasion to do so. Sue also liked to golf and would call me about her latest score. We have so many wonderful memories of Sue.. It is so very sad that your mom is gone from our lives but she lives on in you. May she shine down upon us like the rays of the sun.
Our heartfelt condolences go to Gordon (Susan’s father) Rob and Mike (Sue’s brothers) and their spouses Wendy and Collette and their families.. It is so difficult to comprehend that Sue is gone from our lives. She was such a special person to us and to her many friends and especially to Dan ,who was Sue’s boyfriend. We knew how Sue liked to watch hockey and football and especially if Saskatchewan was playing. She also loved to play cards with friends or family and would play for a toonie. Who knows maybe she is playing cards with Angie (Sue’s predeceased mother). We will all grieve for Sue because we love her. We will remember her especially for the fun person that she always was and for her great laugh!
My condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one.
