We Remember

BRAGG, Carol

Passed away on Monday, March 17, 2014 at the age of 73.  Survived by her loving husband Bill of 53 years; sons: Bowdie (Erin) of Calgary, Bill (Desiree) of Calgary, Cartar of Salmon Arm; nine grandchildren:  Chris, Tyler, Carra, Will, Kaela, Scott, Jasper, Sidney and Cassandra; sister-in-law Janet Meredith; niece Kirsten Meredith and nephew Mark Meredith.  Born and raised in Ottawa, Carol graduated from the Ontario College of Art, but chose to raise a family.  She and Bill moved to Kelowna in 1986 and for years owned and operated the Art Works on Ellis Street in downtown Kelowna; she became an accomplished watercolor artist.  There will be a private family service at a later date.  Should family and friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Kelowna SPCA, 3785 Casorso Road, Kelowna, BC V1W 4M7 www.spca.bc.ca.  If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Share Your Condolences.”
