In Loving Memory
Linda Brown, a wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly at home on June 9, 2024. She was 69 years old.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Robert “Bob” Brown, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and compassion. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, Shawn Eskritt and his children Hunter, Logan, and Clover; and Terry Smy (Jim) and their children Dorian and Kyle. She will be deeply missed by her sisters Barb Arnold, Nancy Murray, Theresa Wanklin, Patricia Steacy; and her brother Edward Zimmer; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Glenn and Lois Zimmer; and grandson Austin.
Linda was a woman of kindness and generosity. Her presence lit up every room she entered, and her laughter was infectious. She had a knack for making everyone around her feel loved and valued, and she touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Linda’s legacy of love, compassion, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. While she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us.
Although she may be gone, her memory will forever remain a beacon of light in our lives.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on FRIDAY, AUGUST 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM, located at 725 Fraser Road, Kelowna, BC.

My heartfelt condolences and love to Bob, Terry, Sean, the grandkids and Linda’s family. Linda was a truly caring person and I was lucky to call her sister-in-law.
When Linda came into Bob’s life she came into the entire family’s, and it was a perfect fit. She was one of the kindest and most caring people I have known, and she will be sorely missed. Our deepest condolences to my brother Bob, and to all of Linda’s family.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Bob and all of Linda’s family circle. It hurts beyond words to think of our Linda not being with us in person. We love you Linda and will always remember the good times we had together. May you rest in peace sweet girl.
Linda will be missed by everyone who knew her. She would offer to help with anything, she would assist anyone before they asked, and she did it with love. Family meant so much to her, and she meant so much to our family.
My deepest condolences to all. I remember Linda as always having a laugh and a smile. I miss bowling nights with the team.
So shocked to hear of Linda’s passing. My condolences to you Bob, and all your family. She was too young. Such a nice lady!
