My most sincere thoughts are with Allans family. You do not know me, as I was a child hood friend of Allan’s in Carleton Place, Ontario. I spent time in his in the family home in Carleton Place when we were boys, as we both lived on lake Avenue West at that time. I read the article of his death in the local paper. I am very sorry for your loss. I was born December 28 1956
Dear Elaine, Megan, Kandace, Ryan, Amanda, Cody and Sara.
Al will always hold a special place in our hearts. He was not only a kind gentle soul, he was well respected by all who worked with him and became friends with him. We will miss his quit wit and sense of humour that more often than not brought us to belly laughs! He has touched many, as Chianne even says “Al was part of my childhood”!
Our deepest condolences to you all,
Love Michele & Chianne xo

Dear Elaine and family:
All the years we have known Al he was a great guy both professionally and personally. We met him first at Hawthorne Park and quickly became friends. We often spent time talking “the Habs” or “the rockets” even when either team was not playing well. We shared many moments of laughter including when he broke his two thumbs. Yeah he’s laughing now too. We send our condolences to all his family but note he will always be watching over you. from kelvin and Annie

so very sad for me to read that Al has passed away far before his time. I am truly so very sorry and hope if I can be a help to you in this grieving time in your life, do not hesitate to call. I was given so much kind help when Peter passed away and if I can help by passing it on to help someone else, that would be my pleasure. a massive hug to you Elaine.

Al served us efficiently and well for several years as an irrigation specialist. We were shocked to learn of his passing and we will miss him. We send our best wishes and warm thoughts to Al’s family and friends…we are very sorry to have lost him.
My condolences go out to Al’s family. Al installed my irrigation service a few years back and he did it with the precision and attention to detail that only a professional exhibits. I always looked forward to Al’s fall visits when he came to blow out my irrigation system and we would sit on the back porch to reminisce and have a beer. I will miss this great guy.
