Passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Survived by her loving husband Denis Worthing, two daughters, five sons, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, two brothers, one sister and a very large extended family. Sadly predeceased by her first husband Gordie and grandson Colton. Sadly missed and always remembered. There will be a time of visitation on Friday, May 17th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 18th at 10:00 am also at Springfield Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the BC Heart & Stroke Foundation, #4 – 1551 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 9M9. So sorry to hear of Jeanny~s passing. I always loved to stop and visit at Jeanny~s house because I always felt at home there! She just always made everyone feel welcome. Thoughts and prayers with all of her extended family.
