We Remember
CRAWFORD, Lori Ann
July 1, 1959 — August 23, 2026
Lori Ann Crawford was born on July 1, 1959, in Fort Nelson, BC. She passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully, in her home in Peachland, BC, on August 23, 2026, at the age of 67.
In addition to being an avid scuba diver, amateur photographer, and long-distance cyclist, Lori was a car enthusiast, a longtime Miata owner, and a loyal club member. She had an adventurous spirit and achieved her goal of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Carrying the Olympic Torch for part of the run in Calgary was a treasured memory. She loved her cats and animals in general, and she showed that love through her community work, particularly her long-time volunteer service at the Calgary Zoo. As a committed community volunteer, she could often be found providing a helping hand wherever it was needed.
Lori will be remembered for her curiosity, courage, generosity, and deep love of animals. Her adventurous spirit and steady kindness left a lasting impression on the people and communities she touched.
She will be missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BC SPCA and Critter Aid.

Lori I will always remember our time together at Safeway and our hour long chats every two months to catch up on retirement. Please know you are missed and loved. You are now with the angels.
Lori, you will be missed. Rest in peace,
