We Remember
CROSS, Andy
—
CROSS, Andy left us peacefully on January 17, 2013 to be with Joan, the love of his life for 63 years. He had recently celebrated his 90th birthday in good health, and he lived his last days with the same grace, humility and humour that guided him throughout his life. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by a large circle of family and friends who regarded him as one of the kindest, most considerate people they had the privilege to know. A celebration of Andy’s life will be held in the spring.

I was certainly saddened to hear of Andy’s passing – but also comforted knowing that he and Joannie will finally be reunited. Both of them were such a bright light for me from the time I was little. They were neighbours with my “Big B” Blanche Johnson for many, many years and as such were always a part of our visits when we were in town. His smile, positivity & sparkle always lit up the room and made you feel just a little more special, every time you saw him. He will be sorely missed and eternally loved.
Give Joannie a kiss & “Big B” a super huge squeeze from me!!
Love you Andy!!

We will miss seeing Andy going by for his daily walk in our complex of Sandalwood. We will miss him and always thought of him being a kind and thoughtful person. Our deepest sympathies.
