We Remember
CROWELL, Beverly Anne (née Wyffels)
May 30, 1960 — October 17, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Beverly “Bev” Crowell on October 17, 2026, at the age of 66. Bev’s passing leaves a deep void in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
Bev was predeceased by her beloved husband, Doug. She is lovingly remembered by her son, Shaun, and daughter-in-law, Julie. Bev was a proud and devoted grandmother to Connor and Mackenzie, who brought immeasurable joy and purpose to her life.
Bev is also survived by her sisters, Lillian (Jim), Marilyn, and Sandy (Russ); her brothers-in-law, Brian and Kevin (Melinda); her sisters-in-law, Gail (Alex), Heather (John), and Jeanne; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
Throughout her career, Bev worked as an Activity Worker, where she touched the lives of many through her compassion, warmth, and dedication to helping others. She retired with fond memories of the people she worked with and served over the years.
Bev found her greatest happiness in spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She treasured road trips and visits with friends, enjoyed relaxing with family at the lake house, and could often be found tending to her garden, watching butterflies, or taking her beloved dog, Ringo, for walks. Her gentle spirit, caring heart, and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures will be remembered by all who knew her.
Though her passing was unexpected, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2027, near Bev’s birthday of May 30. Details regarding the date, time, and location will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those who knew Bev to honour her memory by spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, and extending kindness to those around you.
Forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
