Jim and I partnered as Hospice volunteers on the Palliative Care Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.
We worked together on Tuesday evenings on the Dogwood unit (which was palliative care while the current unit was being remodeled)from November 2007 until March 2008. I enjoyed Jim’s company, his quick wit and compassion
