Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Lots of love from Nathan and Lydia.
Anita and Christina; I remember you girls always dressed so nicely, beautiful curly hair like your mom, through Med Market I would chat with your Dad, and so at different places when we crossed paths we always shared a greeting your parents and I. Your Mom and I got to know each other over the counter when I would drop into Valley First, she was truly a special lady, kind, caring and always happy. Even with all that your family has gone through, she was so strong. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing, I saw her not too long ago and she was looking so well and so happy. My condolences to you and your family, I will keep you in my prayers. Maria Ridgewell

Words cannot express how sorry we are and how we wish the comfort and love from all your loved ones can bring you even a little peace. Your Mom was an angel, and everyone she touched will always remember her.
So sorry to hear of Mirella’s passing! Many happy times working together at Rino’s in ’81. We were also family friends , and I had the honor of being MC at her wedding (Harry was also a great old friend of mine). Rita and family..I pray God will give you all strength and comfort at this sad and difficult time. And Mirella, rest in peace.
We are deeply saddened to hear of Mirella’s passing. Our families have been close since her father and Camillo Tinto came to canada. We grew up together. Whenever we got together it was as if time never passed. She was a source of inspiration when times were tough—always very positive. She also had the best jokes. She will be missed and never forgotten. We offer our deepest condolences to her family. Love Joan Sanders &family, Camillo&Bambina Tinto
Our sincere condolences to the family, we are sad and shocked to hear of Mirella’s passing. She was a wonderfully happy woman and shared this happiness with anyway who crossed her path. Her laughter was contagious and she will certainly be remembered for this. We shared a funny similarity with the family, they both named their daughters Anita and Christina, and as did my family. Sadly we lost Christina some years ago so we understand the difficulty the family will be experiencing. Sending love, strength and thoughts from the Gruendel family

Mirella was an incredible woman who touched more lives than she probably knew. She had the ability to brighten a room with her warm smile and welcoming presence, things will not be the same without her. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family, especially Anita and Christina as you navigate through grieving the loss of your mom and nonna. We shared many proud “grandma” moments bragging about our grandkids. Her legacy of love will remain strong in years to come and her memory never forgotten…..giant hugs to you all….

We are sending our sincerest condolances and prayers in the sad loss of your dear mother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law,sister-in-law, nonna and aunt. Mirella. May you find strength and encouragement from your Faith in God, your treasured memories and your very loving family and friends. Blessing and love Orlando and Francesca, Bruno and Gianni and Families.
Dearest Anita and Christina, so sorry for your loss. Your mom was one of the kindest, selfless, deeply caring people I ever knew. Although we didn’t stay as close as we would have liked, thru the years – seems like our families were always so busy 🙁 – every time we ran into each other at all the random places in town, it was like no time had passed. We got each other’s sense of humour right from the beginning and her laugh was SO infectious. What a true gem she was. She will be deeply missed. Our prayers to you and your families. May you find peace and comfort and continue to know God’s love as you move thru life without her. Sending hugs and love.
I am now looking for a friend who died in Kelowna in 2017, and because it is impossible to simply enter the number and check exactly that year what I want, I had to go through all the obituaries and suddenly I found information that Mirella died!
I didn’t know about it! What sad news for me.
I remember Mirella as a very nice person, always smiling, loving to dance, where we met for the first time. She was there with Harry.
I will remember them as very friendly people, with hearts open to people. Their smiles were so warm that I just felt like I had known them for a long time.
We met several more times with Mirella, also after Harry died, and each time I felt the same – as with my good friend. I will miss her, but in my mind, she and Harry will live for always.
