    Dorothy,
We offer our condolences on the loss of your Dad. Gary has many fond memories of your dad when he stayed with your folks in Winnipeg.

As well, Tony was always so kind to his mom, Evelyn, and she very much looked forward to your mom & dad’s visits.

    Sincerely, Gary & Carol

  • Ron Thorne-Finch says:

It was so sad to hear of my Uncle Tony’s passing. He was such a kind and gentle soul. Our world needs more like him. He was always thoughtful yet quick to like a joke. I always liked as a kid on our trips out west to BC when we were able to visit Uncle Tony and Auntie Isobel. This photo is the summer of 1963. Wishing you the best Dorothy on the road ahead. With love, Ron Thorne-Finch and family in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

  • Sandra Valois says:

As I saw Tony’s picture, I saw the face of a man who had never changed. It was always a face of kindness and gentleness. Tony always had an unforgetable laugh, the best hugs and the biggest smile. Dorothy you will miss him terribly and I know how much you loved him and your Mom. Now they are together again wrapped in God’s arms. Love Sandra

  • Kristie Karish says:

Sending condolences to you on the loss of your father. Mr. Dorge and my grandfather were friends as young men and had a garage business together in Winnipeg in the early 40’s after my grandfather returned from the war. They remained friends lifelong as I remember both my grandparents speaking so fondly of both Tony and Isobel and their picture kept in the china cabinet. Sending you love from our family to yours at this sad time, ..and hoping you find peace in the days to come..as i do knowing my grandpa welcomed his friend at heaven’s gate. With love and friendship, Kristie Karish
