David passed away March 04, 2017 at the age of 62, at home with his wife and son at his side.
Survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Melody; son Lee (Michele) of Kelowna and granddaughters Cole and Lane as well as extended family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
A special thank you to Dr. C. McGinness and Deanna Hammer for their compassion and care. We would also like to express a special thank you for all the support and prayers from family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta or BC Cancer Society.

I am so sorry for you and Lee. It has been so long since I’ve seen you both but feel a loss myself. You and Dave were so down to earth and easy going. I can’t pretend it will be easy for you but you’ll see Dave when you look at Lee and have decades of memories to reflect on. That will bring you solace. Know that he was loved by many.
