December 23, 1933 — July 4, 2020
The family of Erv Dusik is saddened to announce his passing on July 4, 2020, in Kelowna, BC. Erv was born in Winnipeg, MB on December 23, 1933, to Florence and James Dusik and was raised in Oak Bluff, MB.
He was predeceased by his parents; daughter Sandra; sister in law Janis and brothers Jerry and Rudy. Left to mourn: his loving wife Marilyn; son Kevin Dusik; stepchildren Shauna (Keven), Carter, and Ryan (Stacy) Carter; grandchildren Brennan, Nathan, Taylor and Craig, brothers Vick (Judy) and Joe (Doreen); sisters-in-law Jolana and Joyce, as well as Marilyn’s sister Terris (Mark) Frampton; and many nieces and nephews.
Erv was a wonderful man, loved by all he met. He loved his family and friends, playing golf and cribbage and travelling, not necessarily in that order!
He will be missed, but loved forever.
Special thanks to all the caregivers and staff at Glenmore Lodge.

We send our love to all of you. We have so many happy memories ……..Crib, AMA Cruising and both sides of Italy on Regent Cruise. Erv could count so fast playing crib, i.e., “FAST EDDY” Such a good friend.
Marilyn:
Erv has been on my mind on several occasions throughout the summer. In my latest search for information regarding him, I came across his obituary. I wish to extend my sympathies to you… he was always a gentleman and there are very few people that have the character to measure up to him. I wish you all the best as you adapt to life without Erv… and again my sincere condolences.
Best regards;
