Sorrowfully, the family of the late Antoinette Dyble a dear mother, grandmother great grandmother and best friend announce her passing on October 18, 2012 at Kelowna General Hospital. Born in Winnipeg, MB moving to Thunder Bay, ON as a child where she resided for 37 years. In 1972 along with her family moved west to Chilliwack, BC where she raised her three children then went back to work as a medical secretary until retirement. In 1993 she moved to Kelowna. She loved her family and friends which she made along her journey of life. In her early years, she was active in the PTA, the CWL and with the mentally challenged in Thunder Bay. Cooking was at the top of her list of things to do along with her flowers and especially travelling. Mexico being, at the top of her list of places to enjoy. Predeceased by her sons James and David, her parents Anton and Jean Omichinski and brother-in-law Dennis Nykorchuk. Survived by her daughter Lorraine Robinson (Evan) of Regina, SK, Linda Harris of Cranbrook, BC and son Dan (Tami) of Comox, BC, 12 grandchildren, one great grandchild and dear best friend Grant Benton. Life to her was a celebration of family and friends. A Celebration of Life at Ramada Hotel, Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 2 – 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, #4 – 1551 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 9M9.
