Marjorie was born into a farming family at Parkside, Saskatchewan. After the death of her husband in 1972, she moved to Kelowna to have her siblings nearby. She made a wonderful new life for herself. Her life in Kelowna was busy with family, friends, and the Evangel Church. Marjorie will be remembered for her strong faith, kindness, and style. She was a Lady.

Marjorie was a true lady and friend to our family. I have many fond memories of Marjorie and Joe and Hannah and Rex at our home for Sunday dinner or coffee after church. We would go to their home and I remember the delicious banana splits she made!
She was dearly loved and her life and faith in her God were an example and testimony to all. 💓🙏🏻
A real gracious lady!
We always enjoyed visiting Auntie Marj. She was always so gracious. I remember her kindness. I also remember the impishness she demonstrated on occasion. She would get a twinkle in her beautiful blue eyes and a cute little grin. I also remember her very yummy lemon squares.
Marj was dearly loved Our condolences to the family.
So very sorry to hear of Aunt Marjorie’s passing. I will never forget the many times spent in her house at Parkside SK. They were some of my fondest memories as a youngster. I will never forget her. My prayers are with you Larry. Dwight Honsinger
