We Remember
FOLEY, Ray
—
It is with great sadness for those of us who are left behind, but we rejoice with Ray Foley as he joined with the Saints in Glory on May 9th. after a hard-fought but determined battle with cancer. Ray leaves behind the love of his life of 52 years, his devoted wife, Vivian (whom he affectionately called his Angel) and daughters Raelene (Dwayne) Dueck and Ginger (Lee) Johnson. His love of life, smile and infectious laughter will be missed by his grandchildren, Brenden and Cailin Dueck and Parker and Riley Johnson. Ray is also survived by his brother, Ron (Lois) Foley of Edmonton, AB as well as sisters-in-law Valerie (Wesley) Field, Ruth (Lawrence) Hahn and Nola (Donald) Renfrew in addition to many nieces and nephews. Ray was predeceased by his parents, George and Kate Foley and his in-laws Ed and Ruth McCarthy. We invite you to join us as we celebrate Ray’s life on Tuesday, May 23rd at 1:00 pm at Mission Creek Alliance Church. In lieu of flowers the family would ask that you contribute to the BC Cancer Foundation www.bccancerfoundation.com in the memory of Ray Foley.

We were so saddened to hear of Ray’s passing. Ray was such a fine man and we always appreciated our connection to him in Arizona. His smiling face and warm greetings will be missed. May God comfort you and surround you with loving and caring people.
So sad to hear of Ray’s passing. He was such a warm and caring person. Mack is so saddened that he will have no one to joke with at coffee and donuts in Arizona and maybe now he will not have someone who will share their donut. Thoughts and prayers are with you Vivian and your family. Remember the good memories. May God comfort you and your family during this sad time. We have very fond memories of Ray. God bless.
