We Remember
FRESORGER, Edward (Ed)
December 16, 1918 — December 11, 2015
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved dad on December 11, 2015. He was predeceased by his son, Milton (July 2014) and his wife Hilda (January 2015). He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Doreen (Frank) and son Les and also deeply missed by his four grandchildren. Dad also is survived by many nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law Olga and Marie.
Many heartfelt thanks to Dr. Livingston and staff, Cindy and staff at Home First, Interior Health, neighbors and friends who helped dad fulfill his dream of staying in his own home.
A graveside service will be held at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery, 1991 Bernard Ave., Kelowna at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 16th with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 am at First Lutheran Church, 4091 Lakeshore Road with Pastor Lee Loveridge officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be greatly appreciated to First Lutheran Church or a charity of your choice. I was saddened to hear that Ed had passed away. We lived on the same block on Lawson Ave. & our kids went to the same school & played together. We often were amazed at the walking Ed & Hilda did, we would see them in orchard Park, downtown, in the park, etc I sometimes saw Ed in the grocery store, then we would catch up on our lives.Ed always conducted himself with grace & dignity, no matter what the circumstances. He will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
Condolences to you his remaining family. He was a Dad to be proud of. Alice Sackmann.
