We Remember
GAMMACK, Scott
June 18, 1987 — June 10, 2022
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Scott Gammack. He was predeceased by his grandpa, Edward Lane, and Uncle Thomas. Scott is survived by the love of his life, Melissa Moore; his stepdaughters, Hannie and Chris; mom, Diane Lane; grandma Marjorie Lane; uncle Randy; and friends.
Scott was born in Calgary, AB. When he was three, he called Coldstream, BC his home. He made his way over to Kelowna, BC when he met Melissa and his stepdaughters.
Scott was extremely passionate about the outdoors: camping, fishing, quadding, and hunting. He thoroughly enjoyed his annual family vacation at Dee Lake every summer with his girls. He loved to explore the back roads with his wife, finding many secret fishing holes.
Scott will be remembered as a loving stepdad to Hannie and Chris, with an extremely kind heart and soul.
Scott had an extremely strong work ethic and started his business at an early age. He continued to persevere in his career and was self-taught in many areas.
Words that come to mind for those who knew Scott: intelligent, strong, courageous, hard-working, kind, loving, patient, gentle loyal, and selfless.
Scott, you will be greatly missed, and you will forever be in our hearts.
A Private Family Service will be held to honour Scott.

Our Condolences to your family! We meet Scott three years ago as we needed someone to build our outdoor BBQ area. Scott would be here every morning and 630 and work until 6 in the evening. He would clean his work area so that we could use or to so it didn’t look messy. We have him come back and do a few other jobs for us and he always did such a great job. He was a kind, professional, quiet and friendly man who took pride in his work and enjoyed seeing the final result. He will be missed!
We are deeply saddened and send lots of love and sympathy to Scott’s family and friends. Scott worked on a bunch of different renovations as we remodelled our old house, he became like family over the three months that he worked almost every day for us. He was very caring and an excellent craftsman who could do almost anything and always showed up early with a great attitude. Scott had just started to help us again recently and we were reminiscing about how much simpler things used to be. We will miss him greatly and send lots of love to his family. We are very sorry for your loss.
Christine, Wade, and Shelby
